Please note by accessing and purchasing products via our website, the following terms and conditions shall apply. By purchasing, registering your account and payment details, customers will be bound within the terms and conditions as stated below.

Operating hours:


Operating hours will be from Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.
Kindly contact us via email after hours and via mobile only in the case of an emergency.

Delivery:


We offer same day delivery provided orders are placed before 12 noon between Monday’s and Friday’s. Should you wish to order flowers for an occasion or an event taking place on a Saturday or Sunday, it is imperative that orders are placed before or at the latest by 7 am on Friday. For bulk orders in excess of 10 products, we reserve the right to deliver within 24- 36 hrs.
For after hour deliveries, please contact us as per the above mentioned contact details.
While we strive to deliver on time and within requested scheduled times, please note we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Traffic, weather, and preparation of ordered products may impact delivery times.

Liability:


Note our promotional and product photos displayed within our Website, Instagram, Facebook and Brochures are for illustrative purposes. While we endeavour to match and or improve product designs, please note that some products may vary in shape, size and or presentation. All arrangements are considered a design and therefore the product may not always be completely identical to the image viewed on our Website.
All customers are to please note that Fleur d’amour will not be held responsible for any damage caused, directly or indirectly as a result of our website, materials used and products delivered.

Pricing Changes:


Note we reserve the right at our sole discretion to change our prices and product content without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Although we strive to maintain our competitive pricing, please note that pricing is subject to and influenced by seasonal price changes from our wholesalers.
Shipping costs are additional and subject to change based on current fuel prices.

Refund Policy:


Full refunds will be subject to customers contacting us within 12hrs after delivery and or collection has taken place.
Please note that customers who collect our products, are expected to examine the goods upon collection and agree that the products were received in good condition.
